Tavya Terms of Use

By using Tavya, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of Tavya

Tavya is a fitness, wellness, session management, and school activity tracking app. It provides features such as fitness sessions, Yoga Guru or Trainer sessions, student progress, goals, alarms, reminders, and school dashboards.

2. Eligibility

Tavya is intended for users aged 13 and above. School users must use the app under appropriate school, parent, or guardian supervision where required.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your login details or misuse another user’s account.

4. Health and Fitness

Tavya does not provide medical advice. Fitness sessions and wellness activities should be performed safely. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any health concern.

5. School Use

For school accounts, school admins, trainers, and Yoga Gurus may access student participation, attendance, and activity information for school wellness management.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If paid plans or subscriptions are enabled, payments may be processed through Google Play or approved school billing arrangements. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation may depend on the payment platform or school agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use Tavya for unlawful activity.

Upload false, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

Attempt to access another user’s data.

Interfere with app security or backend systems.

Misuse school join codes or admin features.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if there is misuse, security risk, policy violation, or legal requirement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tavya is provided on an “as available” basis. PranaSetu Studios is not liable for injury, health issues, data loss, school misuse, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tavya means you accept the updated Terms.
