Tavya is a school fitness and wellness app operated by PranaSetu Studios, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India.

GetFitApp.in is our current support and legal hosting domain for Tavya.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Tavya:

Account information:

Name, email address, Firebase user ID, profile photo, role, account type, and login information.

School information:

School ID, school name, class, section, roll number, join code usage, school access status, attendance, and school-linked session participation.

Fitness and wellness information:

Goals, session attendance, missions, progress, streaks, points, reminders, alarm task progress, and student activity inside the app.

Coach and trainer information:

Trainer or Yoga Guru profile details, credentials, sessions created, attendance records, and related dashboard data.

Device and technical information:

Firebase Cloud Messaging token, device information, crash logs, diagnostics, app usage analytics, and security logs.

Permissions:

Tavya may request notification permission for reminders and session alerts. The app may request microphone permission for alarm challenge tasks, physical activity permission for step-based tasks, and camera or storage permission when profile image upload is used.

Payment information:

If subscriptions are enabled, payment processing is handled by Google Play. Tavya does not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Create and manage user accounts.

Provide role-based dashboards for students, trainers, Yoga Gurus, school admins, and platform admins.

Show school sessions, attendance, goals, missions, reminders, and progress.

Send notifications and session reminders.

Support school fitness pilot programs.

Maintain safety, prevent misuse, and debug technical issues.

Provide customer support.

Improve app reliability and user experience.

Comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

We may share limited data with:

Firebase and Google services used for authentication, database, cloud messaging, analytics, crash reporting, and app infrastructure.

School admins, trainers, and Yoga Gurus, where required for school fitness program management.

Google Play, where subscriptions or payments are processed.

Legal authorities, if required by applicable law.

4. School and Student Data

For school users, relevant student activity, attendance, session participation, and progress may be visible to authorized school admins, trainers, or Yoga Gurus for school fitness and wellness management.

Tavya is intended for users aged 13 and above. For school use involving minors, schools and guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent and supervision.

5. Data Security

We use Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure, authentication, Firestore security rules, and encrypted network communication to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and usage data while your account is active or while required for school, support, legal, security, or operational purposes.

You may request account deletion by visiting our Account Deletion page or contacting support@getfitapp.in.

When an account deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize associated personal data unless certain information must be retained for legal, school audit, fraud prevention, payment, or security reasons.

7. Your Choices

You may:

Update your profile information in the app.

Disable notifications from your device settings.

Request deletion of your Tavya account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
